Brill Pálinka Manufactory is located in Tolna county, in a quiet environment, only 10 minutes from the city of Szekszárd, in the small village of Harc. Brill Pálinka House is a family-owned pálinka manufactory. Brill have been creating very special pálinkas and unique vegetable distillates for top Hungarian restaurants since the year 2000. In addition to the continuous research of the possibilities of pálinka gastronomy ideas and products, Brill also aims to spread the tasting experiences as widely as possible.

Brill's organized pálinka dinners are becoming more and more successful. They offer a wide range to vegetable based distillates. Among them tomato, wild garlic or pumpkin and about 15 more types. Guests are happy to try different pairings and curious to sample recipes where Brill's assorted pálinkas provide the “soul” of the food.
