1 CSepp's Premium Pomace of Hegykő pálinka is an explosively intense elegantly perfumed pálinka variety of the Irsai Olivér grape pomace. The grape berries used for the liquor are the carefully selected white - yellow grape sort of the Sopron wine region. The fruity notes are in a friendly harmony with the spiciness of the pomace. Its long-lasting pleasant aftertaste is no surprise.

Tasting notes
This liquor is a full-bodied spirit with spicy yet fresh grape notes. The high alcohol content balanced by rich scents of flowers with mint and oily nut-like nose. Surprisingly smooth and fruity.
