This is Bestillo's flagship pálinka. This fine spirit is made entirely from apricots of the protected Gönc Region. Not only of Protected Designation of Origin within Europe but, in addition, a Protected Geographical Indication within Hungary. The fruit is carefully selected by hand, only the perfectly ripe and undamaged apricots may be used to create this fine and rare spirit.

Tasting notes
