Tasting notes
Intense and spicy, with a pronounced sharp aromas. An extremely complex pálinka. Pale yellow colored, the ripe clearly pronounced blackcurrant note starts on the nose followed by strong mint, herbaceous star anise, grapefruit notes that all turn into sweet fresh glass perfume. Clear and sharp fruity characters on the palate with a forest-fresh background and a peppery fresh finish.
