Zimek Pear
Zimek Pálinka Manufactory creates this great pear pálinka by combining two pear varieties. Packham’s and t Bosc Kobak. The Bosc Kobak pear (also known as Alexander, Rusty Pear, Kormos Pear, Tsar Alexander) is known all over the world, and it is native to Hungary. Its flesh is white, soft and buttery. It is slightly pitted. Packham’s pears have similar properties, but the taste is pleasantly spicy, sweet, and the flesh of these crumbly pears have a more butter-like appearance. The key to the exceptional taste of this pear pálinka is the exact ratio of the two fruits in the liquor.
