Limited edition handcrafted premium liquor. It is made by the age-old double distillation small-pot method, from the juicy ripe apricots of a special microclimate in Northeast Hungary, a small region called Gönc. The apricots are protected by European legislation and only pálinkas made in Hungary using fruit from this special region may be labeled as “Gönci Pálinka”.
