These Survey Terms and Conditions (referred to as the "Survey Terms") set forth the terms of an Agreement by which You, (the "Participant") and American Palinka Imports with registered office in Frisco, Texas, USA ("DBA American Palinka Club"), may participate from time to time in any American Palinka Imports product related surveys and related activities as specified by American Palinka Imports LLC ("Survey").
No cash or other prize substitution allowed. The prize is non-transferable to another. Any other prize-related expenses or obligations, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer or assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is allowed. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for American Palinka Imports to use winner’s first name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Meaning, we reserve the right to list winners on this website as follows: “Joe from Texas” or “Elisabeth from Florida”. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be selected at random by each drawing held at the end of each month. Winners will be notified by email. In the event of a winner being disqualified by any reason American Palinka Club may select and award the prize to an alternate winner. American Palinka Imports shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is by any reason ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners will receive the prize within seven (7) business days after replying to the winning notification email sent by a American Palinka Club.
American Palinka Club reserves the right to modify, terminate, suspend, or cancel the Survey at its sole discretion. American Palinka Club also reserves the right to disqualify your entry if found ineligible to participate. If a dispute arises regarding your identity, American Palinka Club reserves the right not to award the prize and draw another winner for the same prize.
American Palinka Club has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Survey to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses, multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules, or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, American Palinka Club reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your identity will not be disclosed to any third-parties and will only be accessed by American Palinka Club. The names and email addresses collected in the Survey period will be deleted within one (1) week after the winners are announced unless you explicitly signed up to receive future Newsletter communications. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter and choose to be deleted from American Palinka Club’s database.
