Mr. Meyer is the proud winner of this amazing rare Premium Bestillo Quince Pálinka. Quince yields a truly characterful pálinka but it requires a lot of work and keen knowledge to make it. You will also need about 35lb of quince to make just one liter (0.26 gallons) of pálinka. The final product is all about its very intense, fresh citrusy notes on the nose combined with a sweetly-spicy fragrance that is unmistakable to this native fruit. Quince fruit is of a deciduous tree that bears this hard, aromatic bright golden-yellow pome fruit, similar in appearance to a pear. Each fruit undergoes meticulous cleaning by hand to remove the mottled surface before the whole process can start.
