The wild fruit has a distinctive character, a slightly subdued aroma but a very deep taste concentrated in the blackberry pálinka bottle. It is an extremely intense distillate in its aroma, in which the charm of the blackthorn flower, the frosty fruit of the hoarfrost, blends harmoniously. Recommended as an accompaniment to dishes made from red game meat, deer or wild boar. In Hungary it is considered the drink of the hunters.
