Extremely intense pálinka with a rich scent. The umbrella fruits of the elderberry are peeled and crushed then pitted, so that the greenish, vegetative notes from the seeds do not take up in the fruity taste. Hard to believe but about 5lb of hand-washed and pitted elderberry will only make 4cl (1 glass) of premium elderberry pálinka. It is not a liquor you want to spill.

Tasting notes
A real exciting cavalcade of multilayered flavors. Mint and eucalyptus scents can be discovered, followed by an unadulterated true elderberry flavor. This liquor has a golden oily and smooth feel and a sweet, muscat-like aftertaste.
