Szicsek's Premium Plum Pálinka uses the famous and geo-protected plum variety of Beszterce. This fine pálinka is aged in oak barrels, made exclusively from ripe pure fruit, using the traditional small-pot process. Bottled after completed maturation in 600-liter oak barrels. This results in a wonderfully slight vanilla character, which does not compete with the fruit but rather spices it up and complements it.
