Tasting notes
This pálinka tastes sweet, slightly astringent, strongly reminiscent of the quince's fleshy fruit. Its aroma is slightly citrusy due to its quince. It was not matured in wooden barrels, so it retained its fresh, citrusy, fruity character. An excellent accompaniment to desserts made with walnuts and almonds.
